How do I clean my West County gloves?
All West County gloves are fully washable. Just hose off heavy the muck or dirt and then put them in the washer and dryer. Be sure to close the Velcro tabs before washing.

How are women's gloves different from men's?
Women's gloves are cut narrower across the palm and slightly longer in the fingers to accommodate finger nails.
I have big hands. Should I buy men's gloves?
To prevent rubbing, blisters and annoying bulk, it is much better to buy gloves made specifically for a woman's hands. The gloves will feel better, and you won't have to take them off to do small tasks.

How do they work?
Made with three separate layers like a ski glove: outer protective shell, inner waterproof breathable membrane, lining. These gloves have more of everything. They are reinforced with coated Kevlar® and have an added layer of Sure-Grip® on the palm and finger pads. An extra layer of compressed neoprene protects knuckles from scrapes and bruises. The suede cloth is a heavier weight and the top stitching is too.
Should I buy these if I'm not a landscaper?
Whenever you have a big project that requires more protection, support and durability, this is the glove for you. If you are building a fence, paving a walkway or doing heavy fall cleanup, this glove is best.
I'm a professional Landscaper. Will a women's glove last as long?
The materials are identical in both the men's and women's gloves. The only thing that is different is the fit.

What size should I buy?
The new rose glove sizing is based on our current work glove. The XS, S, M are compatible with the women's glove sizes. The size L and XL are based on our men's sizing.
Are these gloves washable?
As with all West County Gardener gloves, the Rose glove is 100% synthetic. This means you can wash the gloves warm and tumble dry low without fear of shrinkage.
Are these gloves thorn-proof?
Yes. The palm material in this glove is made of a heavier weight suede cloth which gives it extra thorn protection. In addition, we have added reinforcements on the finger pads and palm for even more thorn protection.
Are the gloves hot?
The suede cloth in our Rose glove is lighter in weight than traditional leather and more breathable. The gauntlet top is wide enough to fit over long sleeves and open to promote increased air circulation. Synthetic suede is much more breathable than leather.
